1 million miles

It’s that time of year again. And since we recently found out on the Dave Ramsey show that 75% of airline miles go unused*, we are going to press the issue even more.

We are at the top of what is going to become a very busy time for international travel for us (Cliff for sure and maybe us all at times). Cliff is scheduling (some tentatively) ministry in England, Israel, West Africa, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Papua New Guineau, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and Fiji. This means about 2 countries per month until the beginning of November.

This makes for many opportunities for more souls added to the kingdom.

We would need around 1 million FF miles donated for these trips to be taken. If you are in a position to donate some or all, please contact us.

*according to Consumer Reports
…and I found this recent tidbit submitted to The Suite Life from a Time Magazine briefing:

(Out of) 19 trillion frequent-flyer miles awarded by U.S. airlines in the past 25 years, enough to circle the globe 760 million times, (there are) 14 trillion miles that passengers have yet to redeem.

That means that 73% of all accrued frequent-flyer miles have gone unused.
